When you place your order C3 Customs insists on collecting the Billing Address and Phone Number associated with the purchasing credit card. Alternate shipping addresses may be provided at checkout (Billing address and phone number MUST match your card before item can ship to alternate address). All orders are verified and then shipped immediately

**note about PAYPAL It is a C3 Customs policy to hold any unconfirmed paypal payments for 5-10 business days to validate the transaction properly.

C3 Customs will not waiver on our stringent policies when it comes to credit card screening, we are dedicated to protecting our customers against credit card fraud.

Product Returns
Contact us for a RMA number prior to shipping, shipments without RMA number will be refused. You may return most items (closeout items are not returnable) purchased from C3 Customs for a full refund Minus the cost of shipping provided that the product is returned in new condition (uninstalled), packed in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. Orders that are returned incomplete may be charged a restocking fee of 33%.

Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery date with RMA number clearly shown on package.

Return Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
